Appointments

I realize your time is valuable, therefore I provide appointments with very little to no waiting time to ensure that you receive quality service without having to sit all day. I DO NOT believe in overbooking  and I operate by appointment only. My available hours are Tues.-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 7am-12pm. I also offer AFTER HOUR appointments with an additional $45 surcharge. CONSULTATIONS: There is a $35 fee for personal consultations. During a consultation we will discuss in detail what your goals are ,the type of hair is suitable for you ,what your desired look may be as well as any of your other concerns. I also offer EMAIL CONSULTATIONS for those clients that are unable to come in for personal consultations. Simply email your name, current photos of your hair ,as well a description/photos of your desired look. Consultation fee must be made prior to your appointment.   POLICY: All services are individually priced. Chemical services and hair are not included unless stated. There is an additional charge of $25 for removal of sew-in and $15 for quick weave removal. There is also a $65 and up removal fee for Micro Links Extensions. Weave/Extensions worn beyond the suggested time will be charged an additional $15 for removal. Under no circumstance will weaves/extensions be corrected or finished if not previously installed by myself. There is a $35 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all weave appointments when booking and to secure appointments and will be applied to your scheduled service.

CANCELATIONS 24 hour notice from the time of your scheduled appointment is required for all cancelations. Any cancelation made before the 24 hour notice has the option of rescheduling at least one time. Otherwise if cancellations are made after the 24hr cancelation period, appointments can also be rescheduled at least once but with an additional $15 fee will be added to your service due to canceling after the 24hr period. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule depending on my schedule or if it may interfere with another client’s appointment. There is a zero tolerance for no call/no show clients and appointments will be automatically cancelled and will not be rescheduled. There are No Refunds.

CHANGES IN SCHEDULED SERVICES: If for some reason you decide to change a weave service that has been scheduled I must be notified at least 24 hours from the time of your appointment. If I am not contacted in the allotted time there will be an additional $15 added to your service.
